1. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their requests for professional services by notifying RINKESH MAMRAWALA & CO. in writing. Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking will be eligible for a full refund of any advance payments made, subject to verification.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis. If our services have already been initiated or completed, no refunds will be provided. Any applicable refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Certain specialized consulting services, government filing fees, and third-party expenses incurred during the engagement are non-refundable.
